Default ¤ Vista Complete ¤ by KD Storm Conversion

THERE IS AN UNFIXABLE PLAZMIC BUG ON FIRST TIME THEME LOAD OR PHONE RESTART:

SOME OBJECTS WILL SEEM OUT OF PLACE ON LOAD

SIMPLY CLICK THE VISTA ORB ONCE AND THEN AGAIN ALONG WITH THE RIGHT DOCK BUTTON AND ALL WILL WORK FINE

Vista Complete by KD Storm Edition Theme - Themes Blackberry Software

Troubleshooting:

Lag
-Battery Pull
-Check how many other themes you have installed. More than three usually dramatically slows any phone on any OS down.
-Run the Memory Cleaning application
-Hold down the BB key and check if you have more than the Homescreen, Browser, Phone or Messages app open then you should close the rest if not in use

Can't Find New Apps?
-All downloaded files go straight to the "Apps" folder.

Glitches?
-Most all graphical glitches will be fixed by clicking the Vista Orb on the start bar. This will cause any misplaced animations or objects to be placed back to their locations
-By clicking the Vista Orb twice in rapid succession before the animation is complete will cause a graphical error, that again, can be remedied by clicking the Vista Orb once to place everything back.

Fixes/Updates:

2.1 Has been RELEASED! VERSION CHANGES BELOW

April 13 12:44pm PST

*-Top Banner, Today semi transparent bg and Left dock all extended to be a uniform width
*-Added a highlight graphic to the today area when you select an entry
*-Made the right scrolling dock into a 10 icon dock, it now will no longer have that blank space above or below where the arrows disapear, and does not increase app memory and destroys the feeling of "something missing"
*-Increase LIST Header size and font size along with app name size in App menu
*-Suretype font should be visible again
*-Increased Homescreen Date and Weatherbug font
*-The Semi-Transparent black box above the left dock and below the banner on the homescreen now only shows when you hover over Calendar, Messages, and SMS/MMS on the left dock

2.2 Has been RELEASED! VERSION CHANGES BELOW

April 14 8:50pm PST

*- Increased incoming call screen font for all objects
*- Changed App font colors to a Dark Gray, this might (SHOULD) fix all of the white on white or black on black issues in facebook, myspace, password screen etc, but still blend well with the theme in daily use of the phone...
*- Added a "highlighted" button graphic so it is easier to tell which button you are selecting

April 10 3:00pm PST

FUNCTION CHANGES

-Left dock and Right dock open seperately now
()Left dock via Vista Orb
()Right dock via Push button on bottom right start bar
-Right dock now has icons that ACTUALLY scroll now
-Right dock Up and Down arrows hide upon selection so you know if you are at the top or bottom of the
scrollbar!
-Added "Manage Connections" Hot spot. Accessible by clicking the Signal Meter display on the homescreen
-"Application Name" on homescreen now displays on bottom right of the top left banner
-Added +1 more TODAY entry on the homescreen (total 5 now)
GRAPHICAL CHANGES

-Left dock applications are now MUCH larger for easier clickability
-Left dock and right dock Show/Hide without animation now for quicker access and less app memory
-Vista orb and right dock button light up when respective docks are open
-Changed homescreen focus graphic to match the theme more
-Left dock has been totally reworked to be more usefriendly in terms of size and applications listed
-Weatherbug icon slot has been shifted to the left more so it shouldnt fly out of the banner
-Customized Message indicator icons
-Redid Vista orb graphics...it now looks really sexy.
CORE CHANGES
-Compressed every single file for "maximum minimum" .JAD file size hahewhahahaha.
-Overall file size reduced by ~300kb from ~1.1mb to ~850kb
-That pesky major memory leak is DESTROYED

APRIL 2nd, 2009 @ 6:20pm (PST)
Fixed/Updated BG screens and suretype font and browser/history text. All show up correctly now, there should be no more issue.
April 2st, 2009 @ 12:15am (PST)
..-The Vista Orb can now be opened by tapping it instead of clicking, enjoy
-The left hidden dock icons are now MUCH more easy to select and click
..-The buttons for dialogue boxes have been redone and are more vista like and should no longer produce the white squares glitch
..-Suretype spelling suggestions and corrections are now visibile
-Added a semi-transparent background above the left dock when it is open so that you can see your today items along with the name of the application you are hovering over. This was added due to the fact that if you used a homescreen background that was light or bright you would not
be able to see the today with white text well against a bright background
..-Fixed Weatherbug showing up in the banner AND the first slot of your hidden sliding right dock. Weather bug must be in the first slot of your app menu, then the eight that show in the hidden sliding dock will be the first 2-5 apps show on UP arrow tap and the next 9-6 show on down arrow tap in your app menu (yes I said 9-6, it is reveresed, but it took me forever to get the rest right by editing the SVG file by hand and I dont want to screw it up )
..-Added a CHARGING graphic to the battery meter when you are charging the phone
-Added a script that long story short should increase app memory longetivity by atleast 50%.

April 1st, 2009 @ 2:00pm (PST)
-Updated Cursor selection and Dialogue box backgrounds they are now more Vista like and no longer make some text unreadable unless highlighted (ex: sound profiles, quicklaunch etc)
@2:10pm Updated screenshot above to show new graphics (you can see it is the bottom left hand of the four in a square)
@2:15pm Added the included Backgrounds that I personally custom fitted for this theme in the ALX ZIP file in case you dont have a computer (Check em out below!)
@3:45pm Fixed Buttons as best as possible to not do the "white squares" glitch
-fixed Lock screen OWNER and INFORMATION should show up now without being cut off
-made the backgrounds for the app menu portrait and landscape solid black with the glass perspective docks still in place, alot less cluttered, alot easier to read and still looks nice
-And by making it solid black background we just took ~150kb off the file size....Awesome!

ETA Is "soon"

But it wont be ANY time soon unless I can fix this damned bug that popped up again in composer...

Does anybody know how to fix it where in composer you make say 4 icons, and you set them to USE DEVICE APPLICATION ORDER, and when you test it out, all four of them only use the first application in your list. I have had this bug before and I dont know how I fixed it...

So recap...i make 4 icons, set them all to use device app order, but instead of doing the first 4, all four of them only use the first one...

Very nice and clean! The final product should be quite nice based off that pic.
