Here's a simple Today Plus theme, where all the default icons are used. Just the homescreen has the banner off to the left side, which I think looks pretty slick.
Icons are customizable.

Also working on an Iphone theme, just cause there's a demand for it. Here's the link to some pics. I have some kinks I have to work out as for some reason, My device simulators are crashing anytime I try to run something.
