I'm sorry, but that is the worst theme i've seen.

It looks like the 2nd pic at bottom is scroll? Thats a great idea but the text is not very visible, maybe making the font black like their away kit.

You can get them yourself.
Program Files\Plazmic CDK 4.7\samples\Themes\custom\Ring -- ring.svg
They're on your harddrive.

Also there are some icons you can use with Plazmic.
