Fix for v5.0.0.323 Landscape Custom theme (White Bars)

Not sure if this was already discovered. But fix for landscape mode on custom themes.

1. Change Wallpaper to something other than original wallpaper that came with custom theme.

2. App Screen > BB button

3. Options > Change layout to today > exit > save

4. BB button > Options > Change layout back to 2 row > exit > Save

5. rotate to landscape mode and viola it works.

If you like your custom theme wallpaper just ask the theme developer to upload the wallpaper for that theme and use the same steps above.

*Obviously change the wallpaper to the wallpaper provided to you by developer.

ummm follow step #2?? just go to your app screen, hit bb button, then where it says layout, change it to today. save, exit, then go back and save it to 2 rows.

Yes you get rid of the bars in landscape but for me those bars decided to come up in portrait.

Just try tilt lock then it's all good (kinda)

ahaha that sucks. never saw that problem yet tho =\ this fix works for me and for alot of other poeple on any theme.

I have heard that you'll ahve to do these steps every time you reboot/batt pull.

of course. just like any other glitch on the 5.0's

even after you change themes.

The applications screen? In portrait mode hit the BB button until you get to the screen that shows all your app icons.

Once there hit BB -> Options -> then you'll see theme options.

I am confused as well. There is nothing that allows me to change the background for the App screen; only the background for the home screen.
