Still working out icons and what not....I know its very very simple but give me some time to work on it....

Well, I was browsing around and checking out the themes and I came across this one. I absolutely love the smiley. Is there a way to make it a wallpaper for my Storm? The theme and the wallpaper would definitely go together. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance....
