I installed it but when I try to back out to the home screen, the pictures I have saved on my media card keep popping up, then everything will freeze for a few second before going to the homepage. I activated the new theme but it still looks like the original theme even though it says that the new theme is activated.

Just made this...
Its a Today theme with an earth theme as well.
I made this one because I like having my emails and SMS/MMS combined. The way these theme is set up, you have a Messages display, Call log display, and Calendar display on the main screen.

Nice theme! How did you get todayplus to work did you have plazmic 4.6 prior to 4.7? I don't even see an option for TodayPlus only Custom and Zen when creating a new theme?

I DL'd the today theme on here and no calendar events show up..I added one for 2 days from now and it showed...but none that I have later...is there a time frame as to what shows on screen?

It's not my theme...Tom made the theme I'm referring to...and it is a very tight theme. He made the 8900 replicas for curve...and I had 3 versions, til I traded for a storm.
