Default 3G 8900 v2 - Themes by RedZapper **FREE**

3G 8900 V2 - Themes by RedZapper

This theme is FREE!

Theme designed and created by RedZapper.

Icons designed by Jonathan Lundström.
Many thanks to Jonathan for permission to use his icons in creating this theme.

3G v1 can be found here: http://forums.crackberry.com/f129/3g...zapper-283771/

Updated 3G 8900!
- Hidden dock
- New icons, battery and signal meters
- New icon highlight
- New banner layout and new app screen banner
- Transitions
- User-defined banner icon...no more "what's that rocket icon for?"
- Optimized for OS5

And the original background:

FEATURES:
- Icons modeled after the black iphone 3G
- Hidden today, hidden bottom dock
- Center banner slot for your favorite icon - weathereye, meterberry, etc. Your 1st icon will be displayed here
- Spacebar to start QuickLaunch (not included, must purchase separately)
- One user defined banner icon slot - 2nd banner slot from right (your 8th icon will be displayed here)
- All banner slots are clickable and start a pre-defined blackberry application.
Clicking on the respective banner slot does the following:
- The battery meter shuts down the blackberry
- The time slot launches the clock
- The network slot launches wi-fi setup
- The signal meter launches manage Connections

New version, same old 3G functionality and speed.

You need to install this from your blackberry by accessing this page thru your blackberry browser.

Wow I'm so glad you came back. The original 3G was my original "all time fav" theme. Thanks for your work, downloading now

Hi, I tried it on my 8900 curve, but the background of the menu page is green. How can I make it black like the screen shot.

Hey Zap! This theme is flawless! I've always enjoyed your work! I've become too accustomed to the "$" sms shortcut though, unfortunately! Would be great if you could add that in! I think it would be really convenient especially with a hidden dock!

When that happens it usually means that you do not have a version 5 operating system on your BB. If so the theme will be under your applications (under Options) but not under themes. You should delete is from there becuase it won't work with your 4.6 OS.

Just dl it and it's excellent IMO. The original was pretty excellent and this is better with the transitions and the QL shortcut (I'm growing to depend on that). The icons and banners look colorful and very "premium" and it's fast too (like the original). The blue dot under the highlighted icon is a good idea. The hidden dock trick makes for better wp use too. Thanks so much for continuing your free excellent themes. I have nothing to say negative about it (but I tried to think of things).
