Default Score Mobile Review - A sports fans dream

1. Introduction
Hi all, I am mostly referred to as AG on this site (no one likes typing my long
name , including me), I am a recent Moderator and this is my first review of anything, so
bear with me. I am a huge sports fan so Score Mobile is what I am reviewing.
Rather than going through every sport I am focusing on baseball for this review.

2. Set-up, Installation
Setup is pretty straightforward. Point your browser here: Get ScoreMobile
You will have the option to have the install link sent via email, text or
you can grab it at AppWorld.

3. Initial Impressions
The app has a very clean interface with intuitive menus. Not a lot by
way of options, but none really are required.

Loaded page:

Menu:

Selector:

4. Longer-term Observations

Digging deeper into the app there are some really neat and impressive
features:

A. Scores from the previous day, today and the next days schedule

B. Scoring, standing and game stats

C: The best part IMO. News and Live Blog

5. Conclusions

Overall, I think this is a must have for any sports fan. Simple, clean and
intuitive execution.

5. Pros / Cons Summary
Pros:
The entire app.
Negligible effect on memory.
Even left running in the background almost no "memory leak"

Cons:
No boxing info

Well written AG! Looks like a must have for all the die hard sports fans out there. If I was still into sports like a few years ago, I would pick this up, then again with all the space I got now on my Tour, I may get it to please the friends when we are out!

Thanks again!

SWEET review AG! And sweet application too! I'm definitely going to download this as soon as I post. I know this is your first review, and I want to say you did a good job bro! Very nice review, nice layout and nice input. You couldn't have done a better job. Its perfect. Made me want to go get the app.

Thanks DTB and CX. I am actually dying to see how this works
during March Madness.

Since MLB has started the second half of the season and the PGA
is in full swing (no pun intended) I have not shut this thing down
in three days.

Thanks AG. I saw this in App World and almost grabbed it, then blew it off. I trust your stamp of approval, so I'll give it try.

Have it myself and I believe it's the best sports-score app in BB'ville.

Don't really care for boxing anymore unless it's a big fight in the lower divisions (Pacquio, Mayweather, etc...). The only thing I don't like is the colors. Reminds of SportsCenter circa 1979.

But otherwise, very good show! Straightforward and to the point, it just gets the job done.

Liking it so far AG. Not so sure about the "no memory leak" though. I installed it the same night as BBM 5.0 and one of the two is leaking like a sieve. I'll let you know if I figure out who's the culprit. Running it on a 8900, so I'm not to worry about it.

PLT, that might be a 5.0 issue. I am on 4.6.0.250 on an 8900
and it is rock solid stable.
