Sorry man, I don't buy it. I've applied your skins and many of my friends have as well and they're good but nothing special. I don't mean to harp on your company but the "self healing" is a non issue since the BSE's barely scratch in the first place. Even if they do, I can buy four BSE's for the price of one single IS.

BSE is a no-BS company with great customer service, and they run a barebones operation which lets them keep costs down. They mail you the skins in an envelope and it works fine. (they're NEVER bent or damaged when received)

IS has a much flashier website with all sorts of guarantees, videos, and special packaging with a fluid bottle in the box. The fluid bottle I had was half empty when I got it but dish soap worked just fine. I personally don't see the value in paying for your flashy site, the flashy packaging and the bottle of solution when the product is simply a mass produced specially cut sticker.

I saved $19 by choosing a BSE and I'm a happy customer who now has a beautiful skin on his new toy. I know that IS is a good product but IMO it's simply not worth 4X the price.

I bought an IS as well for my Storm but realized that the storm comes with a pretty decent skin on its glass screen. Anyone just leave that on?

I've still got the skin that came with the Storm on, but after 2 weeks or so it is starting to scratch up. I have an IS waiting to be applied.

Thanks for the heads up finite. I just got my Storm on Friday. When I peeled off all the stickies I realized the skin on it (first impression) was pretty durable. I know to keep my IS and not return it to Best Buy. Thanks.

I hope this is the case for me. I can't tell if I installed it poorly or if it is normal, but it doesn't look completely clear. I have squeegied and squeegied and it still doesn't look completely flush

It's very true. It gets significantly better within 24-48 hours. (unless you did it wrong =P)

Taken from BlackBerry - Blackberry Storm - Ghost Armor

Ghost Armor™ has been precisely pre-cut to invisibly protect your Blackberry Storm perfectly. You’ll receive the same extreme protection for your Blackberry Storm that the military helicopter blades and fighter jets’ wingtips receive! Without bulk, creases, bubbles, or that orange peel look, we’ll protect your Blackberry Storm from scratches and dings. And remember – we back our product with a lifetime warranty!
I know you said some, but when you say some competitors do you mean the major ones or the no-name brands?

You can get a screen protector at Verizon, and Best Buy. Probably several other stores but be ready to pay like 2 or 3 times for it in some cases.
