scrolling bottom dock

hi everyone, i need a little help on creating a scrolling bottom dockl as i was told is was with an SVG file but... if anyone can help me with thins pls and if it comes with a tutorial ir would b better, and also if you can tell me how to do the big icons combined with the scrolling bottom, you knpw, when the app is on focus, a big icon of the app appears, pls someone.

There is already such a example *.svg in the Plazmic sample Folder!
Look at this with an Editor and try to learn from it.
