Curve Simulators

Greetings Folks!

Was wondering if there is one or a short set of a few simulators that will work for making 83XX themes?

Right now, no matter which one I dload, I keep getting a 507 error on it. Do I have to install a curve OS on my computer to get it to work or what? If so, which one?

i downloaded one off Blackberrys web site and it works just fine.
