can i do a scroll theme and have icons hiding as well?? like i tried it and it looked like it was gonna work but then all the scrolling icons are just like that blue application looking thing and it doesnt scroll. any ideas?

It is possible, what kind of phone are you making it for? It is pretty hard to do if it is a storm theme, those are much trickier.

im doing it for the storm i actully got it to work fine itts just the part about the jscroll part scrolling backwards
