I think I screwed myself over. I have called over 10 times and got declined all 10 times. I think there are notes on my account saying I can't get the phone or something. It started with the first rep, I followed the exact same instructions in this thread but I think she wrote something on my account about not being eligible until feb 11.

SUCKS!!!

I called yesterday 12 times - all declined - called back today and on my first call- (10 mins ago 3:13pm Eastern) and they tried to put the order through but they had to transfer me to customer loyalty to get an override on a 1 year contract. I thought at this point I was screwed - but the guy told me it didn't come out until the 11th but he would put the order through anyway...!

611 worked for me today. I had tried the other number twice yesterday and twice today and was told all four times that I would have to wait until Feb. 11. Got it ordered on my first try on 611--did the 3 day shipping. Thanks to you guys on this forum sharing the information.

Aww u guys r so luck mine is still on the ups truck they said they have until 7pm sooooo I'm stuck waiting! I saw a ups truck go down the street at like 10am and was like they passed my house I was tempted to chase after them lol. I think I might need to check into the crackberry rehab forum

How long did it take you guys to get a shipping confirmation?

I ordered the 8900 at about 7pm last night and have only gotten a txt message so far. I have called 611 and used the automated system to check status, and the system just said my 'order was being processed'. No dice on UPS.com either.

The OS is .114 and runs really well and the browser and UMA work perfectly i was up and running in 2 min.
