Damn, I just noticed mine has snapped (not just cracked) along the trackball ring..around 1o'clock area

I have a BB Tour and i have the same problem. Broken on the lower part just below the trackball. Dam this sucks; i just had mine for about 1 month, did not drop or abuse it. Im with Verizon in Southern Cali. I'll be going over their retail store and see what they can do.
