Question Any T-mo "business Customers" Having Luck Ordering The 8900?

I hit up their Business Direct line this morning to see about getting an 8900; was told that they wouldn't be released until February (the originally leaked release date). Ended up just getting an 8820 to sell on eBay, so I can purchase the 8900 from an online vendor.

Anybody else having better luck? I think I'm technically halfway between a standard customer, and a business customer, because I have a Corporate Discount account through my work. Curious to see if anybody's had success.

Must resist calling; invisible shield won't be here until the end of the month.

Apparently if you are a Business Customer you are able to order TODAY! I just called C.C., but unfortunately a Corp. Discount which I have also won't cut it. It was worth the try though!

Yea sounds like if you have a business account you can order as another user is reporting in this thread. I don't believe a corporate discount counts as a business account.

Nah, Corporate Discount is different. You need to have a legit business account (requires a tax ID #) so tough to fake. Grrr.....just hoping my rep thinking everyone could order on Jan 26 is true!

So I guess the release date Feb. 11 is set in stone then...? Ugh! Why are they waiting so long! I'm getting so impatient.

But if we are able to order one on the 26th would it be possible get it earlier than the 11th?

I have a corporate discount and not a corporate customer. I was able to place an order today for the new 8900. $199 after $100 MIR. 2 yr contract extn. and free shipping. I will consider myself lucky that my order went through without a glitch on my first try.

Yes, check out the the thread in my previous post. Some, like nuvikas, say they have had success without a business account.

Yeah I called around 6:30 and I can't even get a price on how much it's going to cost me with a corporate discount.
