Default upgraded os/back to trial version

I recently updated my torchs os and my fixmo app was reverted back to the trial version whereas I had the full version before the upgrade. any ideas on how to get my full verstion back. Thanks

Hi There -

Your copy of Fixmo should not revert back to a trial unless you change devices. If you send along your PIN number to us, we can look up all of your records in our system to make sure your records are OK.

OK Adam I sent in a support request but have not received a response. I repurchased this again on Crackberry on 8/31/11. I should full version initially but now it has revered back to trial. My pin #32FA7078 running on BB 9930 OS 7. Please advise.

The new Fixmo 2.0 is for OS 4.6.0 only? What about those of on OS 6.0+ ??

There is no reply from the developer. Can someone associated with the program give us some idea when a fix for the "revert to trial" on OS7 will be fixed.

Default Fixmo upgrade Ripoff?

Never got a response from the developer to my previous post above. This is a bad look. I purchased this app on 9/4/11 found out it would not work on OS 7. This was the latest version. Then less than a month later out comes a version for OS 7 but now this is not a free update I am required to pay 7.99 to get it to work. This is not fair and bad customer service. Should not have been listed on Crackerry for sale without a disclaimer that it would not work on OS 7 and I should be offered the opportunity to upgrade for free. It never worked for me, so what did I originally pay for?

Contacted Adam and he forwarded my message to Matthew in Customer Service and my problem was promptly fixed. Thanks guys. You have a great app, especially the post-it on the main menu and remote print.

Mea culpa. My apologies for not seeing your post earlier. Adam and I normally get email notifications when there are posts and somehow this slipped through. To help make sure this type of slip doesn't happen again my colleague, Matthew, will also be following this forum. He's on our support team and is dedicated to supporting Tools customers.
