Keep in mind this is NOT an official release, so install at your own risk and only if you're comfortable with doing so. If you've never installed an OS beta before be sure to dive into the CrackBerry forums and read all of our tutorials. Keep in mind that these leaked OS's sometimes take a step backwards in one area while making a leap forward in another.
Just installed it finally. Have my main SIM in my 8900 playing with .133 (seems good!) but think I might swap it shortly to see how .228 is. Be sure to report your findings!
What? I thought it only happens with odd number OS, such .215, .217, .219. I guess I have to wait then. Thanks for the heads up
No Problem. Its now is found on a even build. LOL Also, browser seemed to render pages a little slower using wifi than it did for me on .216. Curious to see what others have to say if they notice that. It may just be me.
- The browser is a bit faster
- The volume issue is gone, tried with 10 different songs, it will now always stay the same
- nothing else I can find is different, then again, the other iterations weren't that bad.
Hmmm, the Media player bug might just make me hold off. I have some international flights on my agenda, starting tomorrow, and I'll be relying heavily on my Media to get me thru. This sucks, cuz I was really hoping for some improvements, and a chance to toy with the Visual voicemail, even if it isn't functional. Stickin with the .216 for now

Hook up to a headset. You'll notice the volume resets after every song.

I agree. I noticed it. More memory. Also noticed the date and subject characters are slightly overlapping where the date ends and the subject title begins on Today Themes. Didn't notice any issues with the Calendar items. Also, the themes are still resetting back to original desktop after rebooting.
