I got my phone with the OS pre installed. I wiped already and everything... but I just can't get the BBM to work...

Browser, emailing, etc... works perfectly fine... its just the BBM that keeps bugging me!

I haven't had any issues either. The only issue I have is sometime my phone will freeze when trying to access my BBM's from the Messages folder.

Otherwise everything is good.

Maybe not having bbm is a way to know you have a bad pin....
Hmmm...but I thought when you had a bad pin, none of your data worked?

I have a Bold running on 5.0.0.100 and everything works great save for it rebooting itself 10x a day. But I'm foolish enough to not change because I really like OS 5

Wow sounds like your having problems. I haven't had 1 reboot yet, unless it was me who initiated it.
You should try the wipe and reinstall method and see if that removes your problems.

5.0.0.100 Works pretty good on my AT&T Bold. No major issues to bring up. I've only had one Random reboot so far.

Which phone are you having issues with?

What OS are you using?

Do you have the OS to reinstall it?

Which BBM are you trying to use (is it BBM2)?

Need more info in order to try and help you out.

If you can't post PM me.

What's up Touch!? I'm talking about my onyx, course, LOL.

I have 5.0.0.111

It came with the OS

I have BBM 2

And requests go out from the phone but once accepted on any other phone ti doesn't come back and ads the contact.... very strange...

Data, messaging, emailing, browsing, anything else works 100% fine.

Did the person you bought it from say it had a working pin? Because it not adding anyone on BBM would sound like a pretty good indicator of a bad pin

Make sure you backup your device before doing anything:

Is your firewall disabled and are any of the boxes checked off (Block Incoming Messages: SMS, MMS, PIN, BIS, Enterprise email)
