Q: When you use loader - does it do a full wipe for you?
Upgrading from 5.0.0.238 and would love to hear from the geniuses/addicts if its worth it before I move on up. 238 works great after a good bit of messing with it to get browser fixed. would hate to do that again.

No use either JLCommander or BBSAK to do it a wipe.
wow, what a freaking failure. Where's .346? I was hoping to get a new OS that wouldnt break on me during bootup, but I guess i cant have everything. Now im gonna be late to work because I have to reload .314. What a waste
its downloading right now. going at 70 to 110 k via tetherberry. i'm working and have no internet tell i get back to the hotel. but i really hope this OS works well. and if i brick it again. oh well would not be the first time.
i use many apps about 40 or so apps and will test them all and post my results soon.
very strange. What about the media card. did you remove and/or format that prior to you wiping your device.
Did ALL of that and still the reboots continue. I just wiped again and re-installed. It doesn't work this go round then back to 4.6. I don't understand how in all this time they've yet to get 5.0 working on the BOLD yet, but that's part of testing a BETA though so no complaints from me.
However a status screen keeps popping up that says something about "This device has proprietary RIM software on it....." etc etc and also has a warning about "reverse engineering" on your device???? At the bottom of the box there is an OK button and that is the only option to select. WTF!!!???
It could be carrier related, could be device related, IT policy, etc. Depends on a great many things, one down side to a very small beta test group that RIM uses. How many users experiencing reboots have AT&T devices?
