WIn Forms Application - Blackberry Intergration

I am looking for some API's to use for a windows application which will let me connect to a BB and perform various tasks such as getting a list of all contacts, getting a list of mail accounts etc etc.

DM already does this, so I know such an API exists, I am just unsure of where to find it.
