Unable to request signatures until this application has been registered with all signings authorities required

I have write my launcher but when I must signing my file, JDK write this message, and I don't know what I will do!

Someone can help me?

No, because the link to web form don't work:

I don't know how send the fax because i'm in italy...

I' ve request java signing code by connection from an american proxy...
Devsupport haven't solution for this lock
