Problem with Specific Ringtones on Storm

Hey Guys, long time reader, just recently registered to Crackberry forums, I've been having a problem with my Storm lately..
.

I have a custom ring profile set up, and several ringtones set up.
Specific numbers (my mother, and brother, for example) when they call or text me, it gives me the default ring/text alert, even though I Have certain ones set.

Any one experience this issue and if so, have any tips to fix it?

If u set individual custom contacts via contacts folder or sounds > set contact alerts, is it possible u didn't include correct phone#s/emails so device isn't recognizing?
