Hey I have a quick question, when I back up my blackberry through the desktop manager, does that also backup my pictures from device memory and documents?

I don't know. I know if you can copy your pics and videos by using the dm. I don't think it does it during the backup. Sure someone will be able to say for sure.

Seems to me I just saw an option to backup this stuff. I don't remember which link it was, but check around in all the settings. I'm not at home right now so can't do better than that. You could also chk the settings in the app loader - I think there's a chkbox that has to do with this action.

Not 100% sure ..but I don't think docs and pics etc are automatically backed up

I dont think so only thing i believe that gets backed up is your contacts, profiles, texts, emails, calendars. For pics that would be saved in the sd card which has all pics and videos stored there thats if you apply them to store there.
