Flip open to answer????

I upgraded my wifes phone from the original pearl to the Flip. Her only complaint so far is that when she flips it open it keeps ringing and she has to hit the send button. I went into phone>options>general options> and changed auto answer calls to "on open". That did not work....any suggestions.

(1) Make sure you actually saved the setting
(2) Do a battery pull when in doubt. This is the catch all that normally fixes everything.
