If you're talking about the @carrier.blackberry.net email, the only way is from the BB itself.

You Can Go To Your Carriers Bis Site And Inside Your Setting Have All Of Your Emails Sent To Another Email Address.... I Have A Seperate Yahoo Account Specifically Set Up For My Blackberry Email So I Always Have A Copy
