I'd still consider myself a power user but I do not do the above - did enough of that for years on Windows Mobile before I decided I didn't need all the junk and it just destabilized the OS anyways.
One thing i'm liking about Symbian... This is the first OS I've found that does not get adversely affected from doing so. My memory is rock solid long-term so far too.
However, BB doesn't have nearly the same problem WM does with frequent install/uninstall/upgrades... The registry business is a mess.
flame ready...
i get to a screen that has my signal strength, battery, file free #, pin, imei wlan mac and ip but it doesn't show me uptime...what screen are ya'll looking at?
...flame on!

Press ALT + LEFT CAPS LOCK + H on your Bold to bring up the "Help Me!" screen.

I was a huge fan of WM 6 on my AT&T Tilt. Once I found the setup I liked (it was about 15 apps but no big today screen app) mine was fairly stable (relatively) for about a week at a time. And very powerful...main advantage vs. Blackberry to this day.
However, BB boasts easier use and more straight-forward interface - as well as 100% better keyboard and communication ability - oh and BBM which I am addicted to.
How did u guys manage to get 50MB from this phone?????? Ouch.....When it boots up I already have just 15.5MB....and it will drop to 0kb in a day in a half w/o anything running on the background.....!!Darn!!
