Rogers BIS service down?

Hey everyone! I was just curious to know if anyone else on Rogers has been having issues with BBM and browsing. It's because both myself and my fiancé can't message anyone or browse.

ya, myself and 2 of my friends couldn't get BIS to work.

BBM, MSN and browser were not going through.

found out its down for upgrades
