I had problems receiving e mails and the Rogers CSR had me do a limited backup and restore as he felt that I had some corrupt data in my Bold. I am on BES. I do not care about losing most of the old data but I have lost all the data in Password Keeper. I have tried to do an advanced restore from a backup I made in late December but the Password Keeper data is greyed out which apparently means it is read only but I cannot figure out how to read it. When I have done OS updates I have successfully restored this database (doing a full restore) but I cannot figure out how to restore it or even read it now. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
