Go to Options - then Passwords - then Set Password and all the options. Or, get a new Girlfriend!

This will tell you how to set a password.
The on the same menu so to:
Lock the device.
This will tell you how to lock and unlock you blackberry from unwanted visits...

When you get the question:
"What are you hiding?"
You're on your own.
