    BlackBerry Handheld Software v4.6.0.477 (Multilanguage)

    Package Version: 4.6.0.477
    Consisting of:

    * Applications: 4.6.0.282
    * Software Platform: 4.0.0.235
    * File name: 9000M_PBr4.6.0_rel477_PL4.0.0.235_A4.6.0.282_Mobil ink.exe
    * File size: 96.79MB

    It's Multilanguage, not East Asia, so it contains most european languages as well as English US, but no asian languages.
    This way us, europeans can have 282 too in our native language!

    Install instructions to load on any carrier's BB:

    1. Download the OS to your PC
    2. Install OS to PC
    3. Delete the vendor.xml file. It's located in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader
    4. Connect BB to Desktop Manager and it should prompt the upgrade. If not, then start app loader and that should do the trick.
    5. Do not unplug BB during the process. It will take around 30-60 minutes to complete the upgrade.

    Yeah, me too!
    I was soooo jealous that you guys in the US already had .282...
    I just didn't wanted to use the OS w/o input support for my native language...
    I always keep the display language in english, but it's nice to have input support for hungarian.

    Well, technically it's only different in the contained languages from CSL's release.

    It would be nice if anyone can confirm the diff between this OS and the one released for CSL, especially the picture loading time, it was slow like **** on the CSL .282 version

    Since all the version numbers are the same, I doubt there's a difference between this and CSL.

    As I've mentioned before, it only differs in the language packs. Apps and everything are essentially the same.

    Thanks for the info. My experience with the East Asian Version was not good (some problem of settings with the carrier Etisalat). Will try this one though
