Even though I Do use mine while driving, I think they SHOULD pass laws preventing use while driving.

I have a bluetooth earpiece, I try not to text while driving. Stopped in traffic is different.

Unfortunately, I am going to say yes! Because there are so many bad drivers who exacerbate their lack of skills by talking on the phone and getting distracted! Nine times out of 10 when I see a near accident or an example of poor driving, the culprit was chatting on a phone. Likely not a blackberry, because we are adept at multi-tasking, but some inferior cell phone product.

Exclamation Seventh day of.................

I believe that if you have voice dialing and a bluetooth headset that you would be alright, if you don't then then you should be fined

should the gov't outlaw it? No. Less gov't interference the better. But it is much safer if people refrain but i sure wont Love to BBm while driving!

Well, seeing the way people drive while on their cell phones, yes. I honestly don't think it would make that big of a difference if they did.

I was hit at a stop light two weeks ago....by a lady talking on her Curve.

i would say probably, the reason for it is because i have been one to use all aspects of my BB while driving. i think if they were to do that, it would be for me own good.

Don't think it should be aloud for most circumstances.

Even though I personally use it while driving, texting is very distracting and I think txting should be illegal. Can easily cause and accident.

No email or texting while driving but using bluetooth has been great.
