Unhappy Where is my Email setting :( (Desktop Manager 4.3.0.15)

When I had my 8100 I had software that I believe was called redirector built into my desktop manager. When I got my 8130 and downloaded the new software, it is no where to be found ! I went looking for answers as to where the heck my redirector went (as I use hotmail via outlook through a add on offered by M$ for free wih office 03/07) and I cannot find anything !

I found this screen shot here, clearly showing one, where mine does not have one ???

BlackBerry Desktop Software v4.3 - BlackBerry Forums

Did RIM stop this feature ?

Thanks

You can install that option when you install the desktop manager.

During the install, Does it ask you how you get you email? Ie :if your using an exchange server or bis? If so, chose exchange server. Then you will see the redirect option when install is complete.
