Has anyone been able to discern if there are any differences between the "official" Orange release of .52 versus the Beta .52 of the same build number other then it's an Official Release?

Thought I would quote myself LMAO!! so much for waiting for the bold got it downloading at home now!!!
You can also follow the original link from bodisaffa for the 8320, and when you get to RIM site, choose 8120 as your phone. :-) Just substitute 8120 for 8320 in the quote below
PS So far been running the Beta version of this for close to 2 days now

I downloaded and installed the Orange UK 4.5.0.75(52) for a US T-Mobile 8120. I had trouble with earlier beta's, but so far - no issues. All apps were reloaded and operated OK. Only had to re-mate it with a GPS receiver - it would not update locations initially.
If the version/file info says for 8330 then yes. Otherwise all OS files are model specific.. My guess is the Orange version won't, if memory serves they only operate GSM networks and the 8330 is CDMA.
Hope that helps..

OK I've done my 8120, a few heart stopping moments when I thought I'd bricked it but sat back and let it do it's stuff. I do have an issue now were despite resending the service books/battery pulls I still can't get it to use the WiFi but I'm still googling to see if I can find whats wrong
Stupid Question.. Did you enable the WiFi when it booted back up? Sometimes the obvious is overlooked.. As well you did install 8120 sw not any other model's right..? .

My WiFi works fine on my 8120. I think I recall that I may have had to run the WiFi setup again (even though my restore had all of the WiFi saved networks back on the unit). Give that a try if you have not already.
