Default Cost to Tether on Bell?

So basically I got a new Storm with the $45/500mb combo plan a few days ago, and promptly started working on seeing if I could tether it with my Mac.
Five minutes later and with a much easier time then I was led to believe, I had it working and was running a speedtest.
Speed was 1.04 Mb/s down .26Mb/s up, which I saw as great compared to my home internet when things go to shits (which is often).
Then I saw that it wasn't covered, listed on my Bell page as 4.4Mb pay-per-use
So I was a little annoyed and forgot about tethering.
then earlier on to day I got my first bill that was a paltry $109.22
I thought it was about $5 off (because as it turns out I didn't factor in the taxes) so I looked at the detailed view, and the expected $0.15 for Pay-per-use wasn't on it, and the total without the $.15 added up.
So my question is: is tethering charged or not? or will it show up later?

Ok I checked and the $45 1GB plan apparently coverers tethering (yay- I can finally download Ubuntu without it being throttled down to nil), but the info is the same as the data part of my combo plan so I can't be sure.
I guess I'll have to see how much I get charged for data.

What is the charge for tethering? I've heard $0.03/Mb in which case I could get 1GB for $30 in overage charges or 1.5GB for $45 in overages charges, which would be cheaper than the $45 plan.

Ok, $8/MB of the Fab5 500MB plans leading to $40 in overage charges.
Thank goodness you can switch your plan.

sorry forgot to check up in here , ya the separate plan can cover this fee it used to be 5 dollars but recently got pushed up.,. tetherberry will not work for bell i can tell you that now it will get caught, we had a customer come in and complained bell caught him use it for all of 30mb... so beware of that. the separate tether plan i do believe starts at 65 not too many people come into store for it.
