    Under what circumstances are you excused from the ETF fee?

    I have absolutely bad Verizon coverage here. I would like to opt out and move to another carrier but don't want to pay the ETC. Options?

    You would need to call Tech Support and have a ticket filed. The Network team would need to state that you are in a bad coverage area in order for there to be any exceptions.
