I need to find a good site to host it and I would also like to test it for at least a day before sharing. I don't want to post a link to something thats gonna fry your berries. Please don't PM me for it. When I'm sure that it's good to go I'll post the link.

Nope. MMS is a provider service that's pushed to your device. It has nothing to do with the OS. That should be coming soon as well though.

Just a question, so if I go and install this on my BB.....because since its not officially released on Sprint's end it's really not a finalized version correct? so what happens when Sprint does release the finalized version if the version numbers are the same? Will it let me install the Released Sprint OS?

Also did the original poster say he wants a day to test? Considering the thread was created at 11:30-ish what makes you guys think it will drop overnight?

No they are not the same, you can not install a 8330 OS on a 8130 and vice versa.
Hopefully the leak means they are on the way though

That's a good question. I'm not sure if Sprint is going to release this OTA or via blackberry.com. I do believe it is Sprint's final build, so it should be the same version that is "officially" released. If the version # is the same, then your device probably won't recognize Sprint's official package and you'll have to start from scratch.


I'm waiting for a buddy of mine to download the share file I created and install it to his device. I also need a little time to "tinker" with it so I probably won't drop this until sometime tomorrow. Sorry guys, but I gotta make sure everything works before I post the link.
