Default Sprint Live Chat Rant

Alright, as a new Sprint customer, I can not judge service in a fair manner; I can tell you that live chat/help is a joke.

I had a question about my BB, and proceeded to use the after hours online live chat... I got "Jessica" who proceeded to ask me cookie cutter questions about whether I was a current customer and the like. Before long the conversation became a repeat, almost as if my questions and answers were being plugged into a computer. What has happened to customer service? She did not answer my questions, if she wasn't a computer and repeated herself. This just really ticked me off... then I found CrackBerry. My new online support. lol

I certainly hope so. I'm so enthralled and so lost at the same time so this is going to be a great outlet. This is my first BB and only two days in, so it's still a little overwhelming on options, features and apps but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it and be up till the wee hours of the morning Cracking away! lol

I usually the chat feature and have it mail me a transcript at the end so I have something to fall back on should a question arise of who said what. When I use it I am logged into my account on-line and have never been asked if I was a customer, etc. I must be lucky as I have always had someone who was able to help out on the other end.

Well, I didn't think of doing that. Maybe next time I'll make sure I'm logged in and see if that makes a difference. Thanks!

If you login to My Sprint and use Chat you'll be connected to someone other than "Jessica" and these people are usually helpful.

I use Love Chat first with My Sprint before making a call. I used it a week ago and had my questions answered in about 5 minutes. Yes, it does take a little longer for the intro - you are typing info and not conversing the info. But they have ALWAYS been helpful, courteous and professional in handling my issue or answering my question. But, hey, everybody has a bad day once in a while, and maybe this was your shot. But, welcome to Crackberry and you will find good help here, too.

Coming from another thread...
Man, that Jessica chica gets around! She must be awesome.

On a serious note. I have used it twice with great results. But, both times I was logged in so, alas, no Jessica.

On one of mine I got Juan Carlos, and on another Pablo, so if both of them help me it could be Juan Pablo.
