Looks like it's another thumb in the eye for good 'ol Sprint. I love how VZW points out on the specs : "It is not Rev. A Upgradeable".

It's like they are telling us "don't even ask". How often do you see a company point out what a phone can't do on a spec sheet?

Once again Verizon has beat Sprint to the point. Verizon even has the Curve on their site in its glory. I just don't know what Sprint has to do in order to get their act together.

Verizon Curve is on the site and ready for purchase. I hope Sprint learns a lesson on this one!

Basically if you are thinking of canceling your service, they are the department that tries to keep you and will at times do things that customer care cannot do for you to keep you a happy customer.

Some stores (Houston & LA) are reporting the arrival of the Sprint 8330 in their stock orders.

I would stay just because of the Simply Everything, no one else can touch a plan like that...

Default Offical curve coming soon...

I will have my NEW curve 8330 by next week saturday. I was informed that they are in the stores as I type this post. Cali supposedly got their shippment first being that they are the largest market, and then it goes around from there.

Verizon's early launch of the 8330 was a strategic move to accomodate/savor the 8k Qwest customers.

These rumors are SO DARN FUNNY!

I love how someone jumps in with like 1 or 2 posts to their name and it becomes fact.
This Brownberry guy claimed to be management at Brigtpoint last week and told everyone the phones would be in the stores on the 28th!

Now we have rumored spottings, if this Brownberries guy really was so far up the food chain at Brightpoint he would know darn well EXACTLY what stores got them, not be reporting sightings in LA.

I took the information from a post on Phone Arena. Clearly, it was inaccurate. My apologies. I do have the updated (i.e., correct) information posted now.

easy to put out a substandard phone quickly. No GPS support for VZ. VZ Nav is crap. VZ is bad. Give me my Sprint Curve now.
