Blackberry makes the 101 demonstrators for all 8330s. So that feature may be available on the Alltel, Verizon, Telus, etc. versions

Why would they state these features are available when it doesn't exist?
More importnat, Why would these features be available on the vCurve and not on the sCurve when these are both CDMA phones?

They will not be disabled...

What if... and this is a big what if.

But what if, they got the glitch fixed faster than they thought and wanted to put it on the website as soon as they did. So right now they are updating their site with super-duper blackberry goodness and when it comes back online they will have all the curves we could ever hope to buy. Wouldn't that be great !

Your right kboogie. Plus if you look at the Blackberry 101 the phone presented is a Sprint Curve and the tutorial shows you how to send a picture after taking a pic using the camera.

The Blackberry 101 demo is a generic blackberry curve 8330. I don't see the Sprint branding on it...

If im not mistaken, the glitch has been fixed. True the delay was because of the glitch, but that was a couple of weeks back. My guess is the additional delay has to be with inventory levels (I think I heard that in this or our previous thread). And even with inventory levels, that was mentioned a week or so ago. SOOOOOO, I think Sprink is in inventory-store stock stage. A good measure is if you talk with someone at Sprint, ask them to check "Brightpoint." BP will receive the 8330's and they ship for Sprint. When they check, they should be able to tell you if 8330 inventory is at BP. 8330's have yet to show in BP's system last I checked. I am no Sprint employee, but spending a month on the thread has given me some cool information (again im no employee, but reading and asking has brought me to this)

no worries. To my knowledge, that demo showed-up approx 2 weeks ago (it is possible I did not see it before then, but I was checking the bb site daily). Thats when I posted and thought Sprint was trying to move forward with launch...

Default Still no Curve!

It's 3:57am Eastern, the Sprint site is back up and running...no Curve! Sorry, we'll have to wait...again. I'm not nuts. It's only 9:57pm where I am.
