Sprints distribution chain Brightpoint is now currently showing the 8330 as being available 4/16/2008 for ordering and in all other sales channels by 4/20/2008...note also indicates incl. GPS

I can only assume that's with no contract, otherwise Sprint would be soaking you guys for all ya were worth..but then again...Sprint has lost billions of dollars sooo...lol
