Default Tmobile=suck sorry 4 other 2 thread please delete 2

Ok i placed order for new curve on the 12th, with express shipping so i can have it by the 18th Lady said on friday the 13th order will be processed and maybe sent out to ship ok no prob....Now i havent been able to track the shipping of phone, ups keeps saying it wasnt in system...so ive been calling tmobile the past 4 days 2 find out why...they kept saying its pending and that its prob with a 3rd party and ups didnt recieve it yet...ok no i keep checking everyday until 2day and i still cant track it, so call tmobile yet again and today they tell me phone is backordered and i have to wait 7 days for it....Now the problem is, if phone was backordered on the 12th when i ordered it i should of been notified right there saying phone is on backorder, and ill have to wait, then i never would of placed order....but if order was processed and all that means there was a phone 4 me, and i should of gotten it by now....But instead a supervisor tells me we just found out 2day that phone is backordered and there is no way to get me one by the 18th so they refund me the 20 bucks for express shipping....The whole point is with this phone being new and so in demand ur gonna tell me that u can only check your inventory every 5 days? when u should be checking it every hour so u can be updated? Im just mad and tell me if im wrong but im sitting here waiting for a phone that was never gonna come....when i should of been told when i ordered it that there is a slight chance or that it is truely backordered...So now i have to wait 7 days for the phone, i cant go to tmobile store 2morrow when stores are gonna get some in, cause i have the installment plan set up, so if i cancel with tmo cs it will not go threw right away so when i go to store they will not let me do install plan cause it will be on my account already...if i cancel after the 18th it will be off my account right away, but then theres no way any stores are gonna have any left...So thanks sorry had to rant out...

At the time your order was placed nothing in the system indicated it was on back order. Customer service has no way of knowing inventory levels when a customer places an order. It typically takes a day or so to process an order and then the order itself gets updated, stating: pending shipping, processed, back ordered, etc.

First off... it would be much easier to read (and type honestly) if you would not use numbers in place of words and actually spell out most of those words. Also there this thing called paragraph so you don't make a big wall of text.

Anyhow... you're saying T-Mobile sucks because you placed an order for something in high demand after the release date and find out that it's back ordered?...

Couldn't have said it better meself!

Guess the OP could say that Blackberry sucks too because they in essence can't get 'em to TMO fast enough.

This fellows frustration, and especially offensive language, should not be an issue on this forum. If he/she has an issue with TM or any other vendor he/she should address it with the vendor directly.

There are many among the frequent travelers on crackberry that have been satisfied with TM, otherwise we would have moved to other vendors.

Enough said
