Default new OS

Is T-Mobile EVER going to release their official upgraded OS for the Pearl 8120? I'm still running 4.3.0.115

What does it matter? Just remove the vendor.xml file on the latest and greatest, and upgrade it. Neither T-Mo nor RIM support have ever given me a hard time about the fact that I am running 4.5.0.xxx on my phone, and I have spent several hours over the last few months with them working on a browser service book issue.
