How can I tell on Tmobiles site..

When you order a phone from Tmobile, is there a way to tell if and when it was shipped without calling them?

you usually get text message that the item has been sent along with the tracking number.

if not just check with your mobile number as reference number at ups tracking system (xxx-xxx-xxxx format).

Thank you..I got the text that it was processed but never have I've never gotten a text before saying an item was sent?

You can track via UPS.com, click on "Track By Reference" and use your 10 digit mobile number, with dashes, like this, XXX-XXX-XXXX, as your reference number. If nothing shows, it hasn't shipped.
