I went in yesterday and signed a new contract (2 yr) and bought a Curve 8320. I expected, logically, to be able to use said device in the way intended as soon as I purchased it.
Not so!
Damn tmobile is giving me the shaft saying I've gotta wait until March 1st when my "other plan expires" to be able to have internet access and features. Supposedly the internet package on the BB conflicts with the unlimited text message plan I had on my previous phone.
So basically, I bought a phone, signed a contract and put my faith in Tmobile only to be told that I couldn't use
what I paid for for another five days.
And there's not one person in the Tmobile corporation with the ability to click a 'delete plan' button
somewhere and fix my issue?? I refuse to believe I'm S.O.L!!
Wtf?!
