Default better reception?

does anybody know if tmobile intends to possibly improve thier service as far as reception? example i work in brooklyn ny near the water the building im in is more like a huge garage with cinder block walls and metal gates.sitting with my buddies who have att and verizon service are talking away and checking emails on thier iphones and storms and im sitting with my new 8900 curve with an SOS where my signal should be? i know tmobile is on a longer signal lenth than the other two.they should do something to improve service to keep up with competition.

T-Mobile Take Action

Report it. Many people have said that they tend to look at the posts.

As for them improving signal strength, I'm sure they will tell you they are expanding (no carrier will ever say otherwise).

A little example I can share is when I had T-Mobile originally about 5 years ago, I reported and told them my reception problems at my house and my surrounding city. They told me they were looking to expand there within the next year or so. I now have T-Mobile again, and I still have the exact same problems I did then now. So it really depends I'd say.
