Default Backordered BB 8900

I ordered my phone on 2/12. I was told that I'd get my phone within 7 days (or faster). Apparently, the phones went of backordered. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THEY WERE.

Now, the CSR is saying I may get my phone in March!! WTF!!

Anyone else having a bad luck as I am with Tmo?

High demand=backorder issues. It's not TMO's fault that BB can't provide enough 8900's to support the demand.

I ordered my phone on the 18th and was told they were having some backorder issues and it might take an extra 5-7 days. It shipped on the 19th and I got it yesterday. Not sure why you would not get yours until March. Sorry!

Default i fell your pain i think i can help

Well here's my story I ordered on the 14th and it was not bo then on the 17th they did not have tracking yet called on the 19th phone now on bo. They said I would now get it on March 5th or so. 20th called and rep said the phones were not bo until the 19 all orders before should have priority but the phones ordered in tmo stores have greater priority so she say she put in a request to warehouse to ship mine ASAP cuz she said they don't always look at order date unless we remind them. Well a called 30 tmo store and found a 8900 in okc that day I canceled my order and drove 5 round trip to get it. When I canceled she said no problem your phone is on bo so it will not ship till March this was the 20th. On the 23rd I got another 8900 in the mail. Which I had to put return 2 sender on. So my help is this ask cust rep to make a priority order for the warehouse and hang in the I wasn't patient and I cost me but I had a good time.

it is TM's fault for not letting people know when they order. they want your money right now but no product to ship.

According to the rep at my store, corporate stores get first dibs and customer service/611/online gets last dibs.

Mines on backorder as well...
They say I'll receive it next week, so well see. I'm occupied with my Curve now so I don't mind as much as long as I still have a phone.

My wife's 8900 was Back ordered on the 13th, went Monday to a local store, and found one.

You could have that luck as well.

Mine is back ordered too, there is a store 2-3 miles away from me, but they wont match CS's offer. I was given the Curve 8900 for 179.99 no strings attached except the 2year contract. The in-store price is $299 with a $100 mail-in-rebate. It would be worth the wait if I had a phone, but mine broke.
