Is anyone else having trouble with BIS? I haven't received emails for about an hour.

yes! i just spoke to Verzion Cust serv. and RIM is having a problem with the BIS site(dont know about BES)--you can't sign in to edit any settings and is apparently affecting receiving any email-i have yahoo and aol and i can't send/rec from either. The rep did not have an estimated time of repair! Thats all i have for ya! If i have anymore updates-i will post them for you. (im in in north east nj)

Same thing here. This is the part I dislike about BlackBerry's in general. (Everything else is pretty sweet for what I need, but this downtime stuff is for the birds.)

I'm on the phone with AT&T. Technical support said RIM reps confirm that BIS is down. We're looking at 2 to 2.5 hours until it's back up.

I'm on the West Coast (Calif.) so it might not affect other AT&T users in other parts of the country.

In Atlanta and having problems, too...thru AT&T. An AT&T rep also told me there is some sort of problem...altho she didn't have any more information.

Right as I hung up with AT&T I did receive 6 att.blackberry.net emails that had been sent 45-min prior. Not sure if this means it is repaired or emails are just slow to show.

New to the BlackBerry world as of last week. Lovin' my Bold so far...'cept this outage. I've not posted here before, but a big thanks to all the CrackBerry form users...so far I've found the answers to all my questions by searching the forum. Thanks

Yeah, not working now, boo....

The support ticket on berryreview says it's all areas and regions.

They call it "degradation" though, so I have a feeling it's not a completely off thing as chopperman stated above.

My push email is really slow / barely functioning (yahoo/gmail).
On VZW, in California.

I was able to successfully log in to BIS VZW's site, try to send service books but it says "unable to send service books."
C'mon RIM....lets get it together.

I've selected "send service books" a few times. Sometimes it says unable, sometimes it says they were sent. I've received nothing yet.

I'm in New Orleans, LA and my Browser, SocialScope and my WeatherEye (from what I've checked so far) isn't working. I get emails randomly as well. My BBM works fine and I can use the internet if I use Bolt.

Outside of Tampa and I've been able to access everything today (Slacker, Browser, TweetGenius, Pandora, email, BBM, etc) all works except for constant switching between 3G and EDGE over and over.

I have not received any AOL emails on my BB all day. I am in NC and use Alltel as my carrier. This is my first post on Crackberry, but I can always find answers to my BB questions on Crackberry faster than on the BB site. Is anyone else having a problem receiving AOL email? Thanks
