Default Filing eMails on BB 8830 - It forgets where to file them

One of the feature I like about my BB is that it will "guess" which folder I want to file an e-mail in. It's very accurate and it saves a lot of time navigating to the correct folder. For some reason this function recently stopped working, and now every time I file an e-mail, it defaults to filing it in the "inbox". I can still navigate to the proper folder and file the e-mail there, but the automatic selection function saves so many keystrokes that I'd like to get this function back. I've rebooted the BB and I've taken the battery out of it and I've synched it with desktop manager thinking that one of those might fix it, but no luck. Does anyone know what this feature is called and how I can restore it to my BB 8830?

THANKS!
