Default Sprint user - no web apps/gps working

Spoke with Sprint BB Support Specialists, and unfortunatly there wasn't much they could do for me given I was calling them on the phone. Tried a reset, tried "start provisioning" in Mobile Network.

Signal is showing full bars, 1XEV, no explanation other than to take it into a store. I dont think anything is wrong, but I did just re-connect service on this phone 2 days ago after using the Palm Pre for a month.

Won't be a visit to the store until tomorrow so I was hoping one of you troublemakers er troubleshooters could help me out.

Thanks,
CS

Did you register the HRT's and resend service books?

Call sprint and make sure it is set up correctly in the billing system. Far as you are concerned, same price plan. Far as the billing system is concerned, the Pre and your BB are 2 different animals. Your BB data won't fire up REGARDLESS of what you do. Once its straight in the billing system, register the HRTs, start provisioning, and it should work. Have heard cases of BBs refusing to provision though.
