After recording a voicenote the only option is make it a ringtone...and I want to set one as an SMS and then one for my two emails. When editing from the profiles I can't find the folder the voicenotes saved in. And can't figure out how to move the recorded voicenote to a folder I can use. Any help?

Has no one tried to record their own sounds or voice as an SMS tone. I can't figure it out.

I tried playing with this and couldnt get it done. Strange indeed. It USED to work. I could go to browse and select a voicenote for any alert.

Since I upgraded my OS to 4.5.0.77 I have noticed 2 things now that have regressed. Looks like you can only use voicenotes as ringer only and also when streaming audio via the web with services such as Moodio.fm, you can not multi task. If you leave the screen it pauses the music every time and the screen saver never kicks in. Screen will stay lit up too. Even hitting Alt+back to bring up applications pauses the player.

OK I got it. Record your voicenote then email it to yourself. Then download the attatchment and save it in your ringotones. Thenyou can go to profiles and its available.

I was going to inform everyone on this trick, but apparently you figured it out too. I guess I didn't receive a message about the post reply. It's kind of a pain in the rear, but atleast you can get it done.

You are on .124...I'm on the T-Mobile released .81. So I guess that's the difference. And I thought the 8330s have 4.6 on them?

I'm on .124 also. Maybe its because I deleted VAD? O well I don't do it enough for it to bother me.
